A clear way to work together

Start small. Build on what works

Every partnership starts small on purpose. One focused project, four to eight weeks, a clear scope and a fixed fee, so you can see how we work before committing to anything longer.

A creator and a GoGuru teammate agree on a pilot

You bring the expertise and the audience. We bring the team and the systems. Nothing starts until we both know exactly what we're building.

It starts with a message

Write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or LinkedIn, whichever is easiest. Tell us about your expertise, your audience and what you'd like to build. Then we get on a call and walk through the areas we build for a creator business, with examples from our own work, and mark together which ones you already have covered and which you don't. The review is free, and you get a short written summary afterwards. If we're a fit, we'll say so and suggest what a first project could be. If we're not, we'll say that too.

A clear place to begin

We pick one project that matters to you right now, a first program to launch, a funnel to rebuild, a retention system for a product you already sell. Scope, timeline and fee are agreed before any work starts, and written down in a short agreement. The pilot runs for four to eight weeks. Our team does the work while you stay in the creative seat.

See what the work has done

When the pilot is done we look at what actually happened: what was built, what it cost to reach people, what they bought and whether they came back. You see the real numbers, not a slide deck. Everything the pilot produced is yours, the product, the audience data, the revenue, whatever we decide next.

The next step is yours to take

If the result is worth building on, we shape the next stage together: what the team takes on, how the work is paid, and what each side owns and may use. Every partnership is different, so we agree this one person at a time, in writing. If it isn't, there is no obligation. You leave with everything the pilot created and a clear picture of what works for your audience.

A message from the creator turns into a call and a short written summary
The creator keeps her method, content, audience and product

What stays yours

Our job is to build around you, not to replace you

Your voice and your method
The content, the expertise and the decisions about your brand stay with you. Nothing is published in your name without your approval.
Your likeness
Nothing synthetic, such as an AI-generated voice or image of you, is created without your explicit approval.
Your product and your audience
The product, the audience and customer data, and the revenue are yours, during the pilot and after it.
In writing
A short agreement before the pilot spells out who owns what, including accounts and tools.

How the work runs

One person to talk to, a team behind them

The creator talks to one project manager, who works with six specialists

Your project has a project manager, who is your single point of contact and keeps the work on track. Specialists in product, design, engineering, media buying, email and support do the work in their areas and join calls when it helps. You never have to brief five people.

The work is a partnership. We build products, creatives and campaigns together: you bring the method and the final say, we bring the product, the systems and the execution. You stay on regular calls with the team, and you always know what has been done and what comes next.

What a pilot can look like

The project depends on where you are today. Three examples

This is not a menu. We start from your situation and shape the project with you.
